  • New Rentals *Update*

Hey guys,

As most are aware, the recently introduced rentals for MN, SN, and RN are badly needing a fix. Given the resources available to our TNF team, attempts have been made to maintain conditions by advising players to refrain from the use of these ships until they can be properly adjusted. I have also attemped to temporarily disable their use through the means immediately available to me without success.

We have agreed that these ships must be disabled and looked over by our devs at the soonest opportunity. Please expect this to occur this evening. The ships will be disabled until they are properly adjusted.

In the meantime, we urge players to refrain from using these rentals.

***UPDATE***
Our team in Korea is currently working on an emergency patch to address a few of these latest issues. At this time, there are conditions limiting us from removing the new rentals. Please expect the new rentals to be removed from the servers by tomorrow evening (morning in Korea). We will be providing new details as they become available to inform of any possible server downtime.

It sure would be nice to get all the old content fixed before new content is released.

So once again I ask for all new content to be stoped, and then fix all old content and try to make the game work on Windows 7 would sure help out.

How much new and poorly balanced content will you guys push before you realize you are driving players away not bringing in new ones? You are pushing your long time players away by ruining what used to be a fun game.

Can you also get certain TNF players to stop:-

a) Using 900SD crews to farm blitz

b) Using 110+ Crews on the RM BB4 to farm

lol...you mean like TNF players themselves?.....recently saw 3 dif mods in RM BB4 2 with 120 medals....

YEAHHHH SURE!! you didnt even test them, its imposible that you cant see those knots, and btw whats your "solution" to the tons of people that donwload the hacks in NF Forums??? It was spammed today for some minutes on the NF Forums, a link on youtube and the link to download the Hax, and i heard that some people tried it and worked, so i wont even show up in NF until i know theres no more hax on.

Silveryn - Due to the seriousness of the issue, our team has been hard at work throughout the day to minimize the affects of any possible new exploit. Our team in Korea is now working on an emergency patch to address a number of these latest issues. In the meantime, we will be taking strict actions on reports received of suspicious activities.

You're expecting people not to use OP ships now that they know theyre OP, while offering no punishment if they do?

No, it would have been best if they weren't released until they were tested. By releasing they untested $DE is saying "Use them"

 

And I'll be blunt, if I had a crew, I WOULD BE. Get enough players screaming and MAYBE $DE will hear a whisper of it.
