HA is finally back to 1 second affects if you get a harbour or not, these declaration races always used to be fun :)

I'll try to find out if this was actually intended. When I had originally seen the patch notes, I read it as: Fleets that had attempted an HA and were locked out of the new harbors would have their penalties reset. This was given the timing of the patch and the issues that preceded it.

Once I get a response one way or the other, I'll post.

As has been stated, this is a good thing as long as it is not abused and hopefully TNF can deal with abuse. Lets allow people to play HA as often as possible.

Whatever anyone says this game is (slowly) moving towards the final curtain I hope it will carry on for a long time but new versions and other naval games will draw more people away and numbers are very low outside of events.

SDEs community manager has gone AWOL and left the community with no direction despite the promises made, SPLIDS post was deleted so it is almost as if that brief episode of player uprising didn't happen and we are back to the status quo of not being listened too or any needed action being taken.

I can confirm that the change is official. The change went into effect sometime after we received positive poll results. Unfortunately, it seems that we did not make a clear announcement regarding the change and for this I am very sorry as it has caused some confusion and frustration.

To clarify, you now have a 10 day waiting period after joining a fleet. Once the 10 days has been spent, you can freely leave and then rejoin. You cannot join another fleet prior to having spent the 10 days. The new system should allow for greater flexibility with organization and less reports of accidental dismissals.
