  • PCL SN and RM

Why dont create PCL for this nations? I think that if this nations have got ships as tiger or bayer the game be more interesant for the player with this nations

PCL's are only good as novelty ships or if you're playing the "you're-missing-me-more-than-I'm-missing-you" version of NF.
Regular CL's are better.
There are plenty of things that need done in NF, wasting time on making useless PCL's isn't one of them.

You can do that with any CL.  You just have to be creative with your supports and set up to allow for it.  In a sense, that balances the game so you can't have high firepower, high level crew, lots of armor etc.   Paying for the ability to have everything for nations that are already overpowered is overkill.

Good apparently nobody thinks like me that the PCL are good us just because they are cheap is not the same 60 to 100 olives. And that to begin levear sailors when one begins a new nation are good and that also with some gunboats of high level are fun, so I leave the discussion. It hurts not having read a post from someone who thinks like me

I'd get an Italian PCL. They're just fun to play. I don't care about the whole "grinding" aspect, I just enjoy playing in a tiny PCL.

Right now is not the time to add any more ships or content until we balance what we already have.

Not Really!!!! Sprite can take a day or two. SDE time, really long time.

for me PCL is useless in both combat and lvlin crew can PCL perform great AA like Emden or Mogami(combine 3 4.7 and 2 6.1 for spamming fire )  ? can  PCL  controll the tide of enemy like KITA ? and also PCL is not cheaper than regular CL in the game for me PCA is better chioce to buy and for lvling(only IJN and KM)

 

the other thing when u have the high lvl gunner normal ship is still the better chioce than PCL cuz PCL have LESS displace than the other tier CL/CA that mean u can't fit the crew if ur gunner have too much weigh 

 

and the another is everyship is depend on ur skill and teamwork if u have high lvl ship that doesn't mean u can't sink by the low lvl or low tier ship

 

and this time like the other said it's a time to rebalance the stuff not the time to create new ship and put them to OP the other
