The HoF/Rankings is for your account not BOs. The stats are sum of all you BOs stats and the level is that of your highest BO. You can have multiple HoF entries as you can have 1 for each server rankings can only have 1 entry per server for your account.
The one thing I never worked out was; are the stats counted if you don't use a BO as your BO? Like neutral ships or Prem ships?
This is partially incorrect.
The only thing that places you in the HOF is having a EXP capped BO.
If you remove the 121 BO, you drop from the HOF and go back to rankings.
And I'll answer your question thursday or friday after a do a test on it. (I haven't played outside of FL this week so I will be able to easily see if its a yes or no.)
