USN are for FW cv since its got the best fp but myself think bomber also needed and I'm more prefer DB because I usually use it to sink enemy cv(most cv got a huge buldge) and USN tb got 3rd damage overall compared to other nation. but please remember that cv's main job is scout and take down scout, for bomber its take out aa ship, asw ship, or cv
