I have 6 fp's and a T5 scout.  I load 3 scouts then 3 on pilot 1 then 3 on 3 and 3 on 2.

I launch the scouts and then the fps starting from 3-2-1

After I cntinue to load 3-3-3-3 replacing T5's when /if needed.  If I encounter competition, I then change to 4-4-4.

US Midway.

Basically what I do. Only change is one less plane on each of the first wave of pilots. I often times get my 2 scouts out before the BBs do. Had a game yesterday with a fleet mate opposing me in his BB. He said this after the game was 1 minute from going to time. "If I had you on my team this would've been over 10 minutes ago." Just remember, you can't control how your BBs play, you can only do your job.

flaggelant

i usually run 6 FP, first wave i run 1-1-3-3,
the first single FP are scout interceptors, as long as there's no T5 scouts you should be able to get your bb's a headstart pretty easy. (if there are T5's you need to get the right altitude & coordinates to intercept them at the first crossing, otherwise you'll just be chasing)

then load 4-4 for the folow up FP in pilots 5 & 6

and after that i usually switch to 3-3-3's as well (doesnt really matter what cv, dont like loading 4 if it aint needed)

If Chicago wanted to duck me he could have just left before the game started. I've seen plenty of CVs do that. (Edit: my GFs birthday is today, so hopefully tomorrow night Chicago. )

Well on my PCV (6f 2b) i usually go:

2-2-2-5

Launch 6 fighters from groups 1, 2, 3. and attack early scouts or scout.

Start loading groups 5-6 with 3 FPs each

Launch the 11 fighters.

After that it's 4-4-3 or 5-5 (with bombers) till the end.

1 2 3
