Thanks for that m8. I understand that in WaW Speed, Reload, etc caps  get tossed out. However I configure all of my crew/ships for normal/GB/HA type of play. Trimming gunners to reload cap and such, so i rarely play the mode because of this self-imposed handicap. SN BB4 is notorious for being slow and hard to speed cap. I was just hoping to minimize it some by grooming and vetting these EBVE engies over the last couple of years using experts from events and such.

Not complaining about the ship, as it plays very well at 23/39. This is my 7th nation going to BB5 and I understand the pro's and con's aspect of individual nations. I am just wondering if I could expect to see another knot of speed anytime  before BB5. I dont keep up and read every patch note, so was simply asking if anything had been changed regarding the speed of this ship in the last 18 months. Angus guide says 23/39 but is old and out of date, and this thread indicates many players run 24/40 and even a few..."GASP"...attain 42 knots.

Thanks for this. I thought i was going crazy. Ive got my 6 elite boosted lvl96 engies up to 240+ vets and still couldnt get this ship to run 40 knts with the correct set-up. The only way I can get 40 knts is to only load 1 blind of ammo, run no armor whatsoever, make sure my gunners are trimmed to 2.7M true ability, gimp my scout to about half crew and not load 2 reps on the ship slots.
