  • Maybe...XP boosts not best plan

Antimony

While any promotional efforts for NF1 are appreciated, perhaps an assessment of the game now is worth a second look. What few new players come to game now are unable to spend time in lower level blitzkrieg rooms as there are not enough players to keep the mode active. This is due in part to large repeated XP boosts during past events. Nearly all the players in these prior events have crews leveled well beyond the 60 blitz maximum. When new players are forced to "jump in the deep water" with GB from the start, most find the game frustrating to say the least.

Maybe....stop the XP boosts in blitz while keeping the credit/point boost so players can  earn and learn more effectively. Lower the minimum players from 16 to 12 in blitz mode at least for a temporary trial period while lower level community regrows. Mods/monitors playing low level crews in blitz (when available)  to suggest and encourage could be helpful also.

Maybe.....some of these are worth a try.

We are in  a fast-paced society now,and NF is a minority game,whose players are somehow old.I'll embrace all boost/item drop events,cause I don't have enough time to level my crews.
It's a fact that,NF is loosing its players without  an enough increas of the flesh.And that's a problem the SDE should worried about.Above all,I love NF,I'll try to play until they shut the server down.

Love that translation. Lmao. The Flesh. Anyway, Joris ur right it can be had that way, but, here's the but, many players come off as moochers, maybe because translation maybe because they're moochers. As a result many are very wary of doing as you say. If there is a verifiable way of knowing that I'm not contributing to a moocher [scammer] then it would be beneficial. There in lies the problem.  Any thoughts?

Perhaps it is not the point, but you need to interact with players anyway to reach something useful when you start. When I started this game, already nine years back..., I started very soon with interacting with higher level players. Helping me out with how this game works out. I even read the manual of this game, yea they help. I believe I wasn't in need of points back than, because there was less exp back than and a different value of starting points/credits. Believe they raised it nowadays, but not sure.

I always check the following before I give someone credits;
Are they fleetless?
Are they giving a reason for wanting the credits?
Are they not spamming?
/who [ID] too many games is no points/credits ;p

I've had it only once that I gave a moocher credits/points, because I saw him begging again in GBs. At that point I am nice enough to let the other players know that I already helped him out and that he is just a ...

Naharaht

You also need to encourage players to fight Skirmish battles.

Consider reducing the minimum number of players from 16 to 12.
