simple answer, tony...marketing change. 

they can now only be bought with olives. same goes for the lvl 90 neutrals and lvl 115 support sailors. and they can be bought in rookie, expert, and veteran packs in the 'OTHER' section of the item store.

prices range from 500-2000 olives(25-100  us dollars).

frankly, the only good ones are the EXPERT PACKS because you get tons of experts and 4 prem boosts, with 2 hero sailors and 2 lvl 90 neuts AND 30 day prem subscvription! . this setup ROCKs and is a TOTAL BARGAIN based on current prices  and the fact you can't get them ANY WHERE ELSE except maybe in an event...so if you have 50 bucks to blow on a game(what gamer can't find that?), just do it!

the heroes start at lvl 12, you dont have to AA to expert as you go, prem helps with vetting, AND you can boost them.

lvl 90 neuts ROCK harder.  as you class, they make their own experts and vets. be sure and CLASS COMPLETELY before boosting or using any experts(you will lose experts added before the classing...same goes with vetting them too by the way). sure they are just a base 12, but YOU START at lvl 90 with 200+ vets then boost and maxi-expert them .

and you get 30 days premium subscription...voila!!!  WAIT for those WEEKEND BOOST events and vet the heck out of all of them with your prem subscript! ...oh yahh...SCADS OF EXPERTS left over for your other rsailors...
  

everyone knows the 115 support sailors  in the veteran pack just suck up your resources and you get no boosts, no experts,and no help in either the rookie or veteran pack. 


but anyway, that is where you can find them.


btw, 10th anniversary of NF is coming up...hmmmm
