I have a few suggestions, open to grief and praise:

1. Weekly events
A. 200% EXP/CREDIT/vet events on Wednesdays
B. Giant ship killing event, players get anywhere from 100k to 1million experience if        the team sinks the ship.

2. Daily events
A. Happy hour EXP - for 2 hours a day (In my example 5 -7pm EST) there is a 125%     exp boost for those 2 hours.
B. Happy hour Vet conversion - for 2 hours a day theres a higher vet conversion %
C. Happy hour medal/item store discounts - for 2 hours a day, lower the cost of ALL
    items in the ITEM/OLIVE/MEDAL store.

3. Rent a sailor
A. Players can 'rent' a sailor (average or above average) lvl 60/90/115 to help       bolster their ship (for newer players really, or bums who can't fill out there            BB6/6.5/7

4. My personal favorite
A. BRING BACK TRADE

I have a new easy suggestion:

why don't you let the premium player do the half and get the same reward in an event?

let's say, normal player need to do 10 game to get a gift box,premium player should do 5 games to get that gift!

Events with boxes were great.
When you receive something for 1st, 3d and 5th win it really motivates you to play, even if there is no exp boost.

random drop should continue, drop is low really low.

1-i suggest every 1 do sailor++100 vets get 1 elite sailor 200 vets 2x elite sailor 
 
2-every 20 level get reward like 3x premium sailor or vets or exp 

3-item u can change sailor national with it (sailor not BO)

4-everytime u got score more then 100k u got 2x exp 

5-no one can kill his team 

6-try to get more people to game 

7-stop ban people for insult or other cuz all online game if u wasn,t like to speak u can block it from chat its more fear 

8-item give more range /attack rate for 1h or 2h with olive

9-free olive every 5 battle or every 5 win or something like that 

Have weekend event rooms. Kind of like World of Warcraft use to, maybe still does. 1 weekend gb1, next weekend gb2, next night battle, next cargo, next invade or whatever that one is...Just an idea to get a little variance.

drop items on Great Battle would be cool since many players are playin on on GB
