Hello. I submitted a ticket July 11th reguarding account recovery. I still havn't had a reply on the ticket. I have also noticed the last time TNF responded in forum was the 10th of July. Is ticket support still avalible or should I try another medium?

a mi tambien me borraron todo de dos cuentas que tuve y no me dan respuesta, ponen que daran ayuda pero ni eso he conseguido no se si acaso leyeron mi ticket 7 años jugando y el trato es denigrante sobre todo con users que realmente gastaron mucho en el juego hablamos no solo de dinero si no tambien de tiempo invertido.
