  • [to GM] Are we forgotten?

We are aware of the latency issue for some Russia, China and Asia players after server moved to East coast USA.  We are discussing with some companies for internet solution. At the same time please ensure you have good internet connection and enough RAM while running NF.  Firewall may also affect your speed.

We are sorry for the issue and looking for possible solution. Thank you.

--These are your reply on lag problem.

Then After half a month, have you TeamNF  found the solution? Or it's already been executed but helped nothing? At least I know that lag coursed by distance can never been eliminated, thus Server transfer (to a more equitable place) is essential.

I think players from Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Eastern Russia and China, more than half of the online clients are eagerly waiting for your answer.

Steam release may be useful to enlarge the Group, however I bet you TeamNF know pretty well about the threshold entering Navyfield game. So Please do cherish old players, purse of NFNA.

Checked and thank you.  It will help as a reference to determine future server location.

Hi GM
The forum couldn't upload pictures and the tickets couldn't be sent successfully, so I sent my players' test results here

Thanks.

As you can see from those images, latency of China Telecom clients reads from 350 to 471, is the greatest lag the World could ever have.

And as I guess, they may be the largest group of the online players of Navyfield game in the World. At least greater than those from the whole Europe. Therefore, their demands should not be neglected.

Dear GameMaster.

We Chinese player now facing severe net delay problem.
I'm from Xi'An which is a part of western China.
You may not know that Xi'An is the only network exit of whole western China, and we have main fiber to Shanghai and Beijing.
But I still have to face 320ms+ lag.
That is no doubt things are badly in other part of western China.
We need solve this problem immediately
.

re: loading advice from gm
      xrips64 won't load at all on 64 bit pc...:/not a valid 32bit exe
they code with THEMIDA, a well known worm/worm creator?  automatic hack warning
also, expect "improper game version",paraphrased, it still don't load.
if you get in with XP, expect crash in harbor, with luck get daily medals.

THIS       and my car broke down today...now i know why Tupac sang "woke up this mornin' sayin' EFF the WORLD"

I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure internet in China is government censured and all info from it is filtered through their servers.. you think maybe just maybe this may play a role?

When asked about crashing and why the game wont load the Support reads "Get a new computer", so im guessing the new answer for lag issues in CHina will be "Get a new address".

NFKR (korean version) is gone, NFEU (European version) is gone, NFNA (North American version) is the only one running. If there are latency issues from the other side of the world its a simple fix. Reboot NFKR. And when that dead ends, enjoy the lag like every other player has for the last decade.

Im still amazed that a discussion about lag has any merit vs the constant crashing and instability of the game. Fix the code, then worry about the other stuff. But that wont happen cause it doesnt fit the narrative NF loves "We cant fix anything, plz buy stuff".

A spectre is haunting Europe-- the spectre of communism. All the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Pope and Tsar, Metternich and Guizot, French Radicals and German police-spies.

Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as communistic by its opponents in power? Where is the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of communism, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?

Two things result from this fact:

I. Communism is already acknowledged by all European powers to be itself a power.

II. It is high time that Communists should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the spectre of communism with a manifesto of the party itself.
