Hello,
I found old NFbuilder file... I start reworking old data and inserting new data in...

Its rly hard work I spend 7 days on it and its still not finsh...

I will be glad if you donate me by olives in game...

Description:

NFbuilder contain sheets:

1. MySailor - list of all sailors which you have...you can add to thi list your sailors with
their abilities. This sailor you can choose in Crewbuilder (Updated)

2. CrewBuilder - sheet for calculation for ship crew for ship what you choose from the
list. There is some basic calculation like SD, OH time, Repair rate, burn rate, Sonar
range etc. (Updated)

3. SailorBulder - this sheet is for simulation classing sailors...you can simulate sailor
classing with variable vets, experts, rookies, boosted or non boosted, with different
bases etc... (Updated)

4. Ship level and sailor - sheet where you can find how many experience get your
sailor on ship with different level...you can compare 5 ships and find ship where
leveling your sailors is most effectively (e.g. sometime is better to use ship with less
% but with more slots for sailors)

5. ShipsCompare - you can compare basic characteristic for 8 ships

6. AircraftCompare - datas for aircraft (Updated)

7. BombCompare - datas for bomb (Updated)

I dont have full (or some data could be old one) data for ships/ but I hope that
you could enjoy it and will be helpfull for you. If you find some mistakes or have idea
for improvement you can PM me. Also you can send me a harbour screen of ships for example EBBs ECVs to update a ship starts

Two nights on the User Interface. This is another part, this is how i see the interface for the calculator "ship level and sailor". You chose a ship on the left, look the interesting central list if u want, then you can modify the range of suggested levels and push load or directly push load, cause levels are already written inside boxes when you choose a ship from the list or during the digit of it's name. That's a clean UI:

hello guys,

finally found a project which considers recent developments of NF.

I was looking for a "crew-planner".

Last post is from october. Are you still on it or is it finished. If not, is the current state sufficient for the purpose I am looking for?

BTW, I appreciate your enthousiasm for a game which has seen its best days long time ago.

Crew planning is not that hard and most of that info is covered in each nation and possibly sticked.

Example for a BB:

NON AA BB:
1 BO
2 Reload gunners
1 Scout
1 Extra gunner or 1 Unclassed Support for HH use
1 Rep
8 Engineers

As you are leveling extra guys. Level an extra unclassed sailor but class the nation. Do it before level 25. Then you can change into a BO later on at what ever level you want.

Just prepare to spend $$$ on your crew to at least Boost them and buy expert packs. Get the vets to over 109 during an event and keep minimal recruits.

Very kind gala, but I meant a bit deeper planning in terms of optimized multi-skill-classing and ghosting and stuff like that.

 

You must know, I already got multible high end crews like 6 nation BB 6-7 ready, 5 SS6 crews and CV 6-7 crews. Therefore I indeed have a certain clue regarding basic crew setups.

So to comfortably and quickly checking TA in different classing scenarios, base etc, a well working up-to-date-calculator is very handy.

Gotcha. 

Ghosting or nerfing sailors to save weight. I do this on scouts and only scouts. Some guys will do this on their gunners by calculating max ability and such and then nerf them accordingly. I say Eff that.
They say you have 900SD but there are other things going on that we dont know and cannot test out. So I dont do this. I am not going to lose a battle because I did not ghost any sailors.

One example of me countering this is my UK crew where I have 6 X-Sailors and 2 Sanata as Engies. I can run 3 engies and Ghost everything else as I hit over 200 on Rep and hit Max speed. It was easy back in the day to buy crap sailors and nerf them to fill the supports out. This lets me carry more buldge/armor but not enough to warrant the nerf. I managed to get 13.2" of deck on the UK BB7 doing this minus the rear turret. AP will pen anything over 10.5"? anyway and HE will strip your SD anyway after so long especially if they fire selectively. Me on Buldge. Not worth it. When its gone. its gone.

I can see KM and other nations using unclassed Support sailors for HH Gunners and Torpers. This increases your Rep rates especially on Subs. Lets you fit full sailors on ships that are near Max DP with a full crew.

Making a spread sheet then Excel it to calculate all this would be so time consuming. Maintaining Speed, OH, Accuracy, and Reload etc. Someone might be able to do one nation with all the possiblities. But all 7 ?

But throw out some ideas you have. It would be fun to discuss. 

The best thing NF ever did was put: Gun ranges, OH time, and Rep rate in Harbor.
