I've noticed that many players using the Richelieu do not use AA, and I was wondering why. I find the AA ability fantasic, it has saved me more than once from bombers., and I didn't notice a speed bonus with it on or off.

Actually, if you are really being fighter camped (ie. fighters flying directly overhead in circles), there's very little your own AA can do about it. Generally that's where I try to put my planes when I see enemy spamming their AA. It's the safest place to be.
