I'm not butt hurt about your use of auto. I did the same myself for a long time. I can tell you that once you get into guns with longer reload Manual isn't so bad. you can fumble around getting the the "Q" and "E" mixed up and the "A" and "D" mixed up and correct it before you have guns ready.

I love the 5.9's myself. My Bayern is my favorite toy. Once you jump to the 11 inch guns though you should seriously consider taking the time. You're putting all this effort into the game, why not use every tool available?

well i plan 2 stick with auto i like it even (if) i ever get H44 lol. really the only i use the a & d keys for are other games lol but that's also including w & s

You will never be as accurate/ gain as much xp with auto.

You answered your own question. You actually told yourself how you wouldn't be. It's your boat, it's your crew and it's your game. Enjoy. This wasn't meant to be an argument with you. Merely an explanation.

For the record though, you can see the Hit Bonuses for each FCS and Aiming is more accurate in the BC/BB series than Auto.

In the case of KM, the hit bonus is 75 for Aiming and 68 for Auto on BC, 78 v. 70 on BBI and 80 v. 72 on BBII.

I love the Gneisenau myself even though I'm able to use the H-39 simply because the Gnei is a lot faster (right now I'm doing 27/45 on it with my lvl 90 engies) and can fit all but one of my supports on it. KM= Speed= Life and right now the H-39 is only giving me 22/34. I'd recommend learning the Gnei too.

i'm bringing up a Dland line atm so the bismarck lines on hold. i kinda like using PE more because alot of the times theres already 20bb in the match

i used to do a lot of lvling on my P project as well, with the gun set it provides its a good aa platform and also has a nice punch (as far as KM brings a punch) Mainly because i cant set myself to enter a room of 5 bb's to wait untill it fills up to 20/8..

P-pro is ideal for jumping in for a fast game with ok experience (she does get some weight problems when the crew grows bigger).

on the AA part, most people advice this because a mid tier KM ship thats hit by, say 6 DB, loses a lot of its hitpoints and with that also some very vital speed. if you add AA a lot of CV's wont bother hitting you, thus saving your own speed overall. (adding to this, that you can blind the enemy by shooting scouts, it's a superb bonus)

and AA gives you some nice XP, which makes up for the lack of range you have with the lower tier battleships.
(then again the second set of trip 11's have some of the best range under BB4 levels)

i run all kinds of stuff on my T-slots, supports, aa guns HH's, but after i while i usually come back to AA, because it fits best with the playing style, it helps you utilize your speed to ninja in & out after hitting the scouts surrounding you. (until you get fighter camped that is)

sure sounds fun but i hav my keys maped different so using manu aiming would be very hard lol plus i'm just playin the game to enjoy my self and pick off a few ships every now and again
