if you use Auto FCS, you'll probably prefer the Bretange. the offside gun on the Courbet (of the two located midship on the sides) goes off angle from the other guns when you're aiming (much like with the ECLs and their 6 or 7 guns having 1 or 2 going funny on you).

but overall I find the Bretange more fun to play. and also the 13" guns > 12" guns.

The Courbet was good in Blitzkrieg's, that's about it. The Lyon blew out the ass for me so I bought a Dunkerque immediately. The Paris wasn't much better than the Courbet, but it did have some wild damage if someone got close enough (cough cough range). The Bretagne (I have not used it yet) I have seen have held up against BB3s+. And it seems to have the better range of the two. The Lorraine is a nice remodel as well for it. And the Normandie has the speed and maneuverability that the Lyon lacked.
