Does anyone know if these are limited to certain ships or styles of ships?  I was planning to set up an Emden with them, but it doesn't offer the option.  As a note I have lvl 74+ huge gunners.

They are more effective against ships than they ought to be.  20mm shells should just bounce off most steel plate.

its a shame they got removed after allowing them to use on normal ships. it was just too awesome with moltke.
