Ellite repair.

ive been on nf since beta and ive tested each stat on the normal servers and the test server rld does effect torpers rld ability resto / repo has no effect dont trust me thats fine test it yourself use a 3rd party debugger to test with respo/ rest / rld youll see theres no change in repair for a torper only a small sd change rld does effect rld no rld = slower prep time at low lvls it lowers the cap lvl for reloading time to about 3 or 4 s as cap with high rld torp stat changes the ap . only other sailor that i know of that effects repair and resto is a seaman witch has a fractional change maybe enough to save you by a few bars

So now you've gone from saying supports don't work to saying there is a slight SD change? My torpers
add 50 SD each even missing 100 recruits. They also add repair -> not significant but enough to show
that it's better than not having them.
There are a lot of people nowadays late classing or using elite repairs etc for their armaments. They
see the difference.

I have 5 pairs of IJN torpers all +12. Their reload ability varies across the board yet they are all ready at
the same time when fired simultaneously.

Reload does nothing for torpers. We all know that, you don't. The more you talk about this the more
foolish you look. If you have torpers to prove it, then I would like to see screenshot so I can point out
why you think there is a difference and why you're wrong.
