This Papership means that it was designed and PUT ON PAPER, but never actually built. Hence the name "Project" at the end. Anything with project after it means that it was not actually built.

Even though most IJN ships had paper like armor the two yamato class battleships for their navy actually had really good strong steel comparable to the USA 's steel strength.

You kidding me? KM forever! I still remember the days of the AWed O Pro II o.O It was so stupid :D And, I've seen OPro 3's clearing entire lines of BBs... The Hyuga is stupidly good, but in the hands of a skillfull player, an O Pro 3 will have a party.

ah.... armored failures <.< u do not armor a ship wich will be less effective then its non armored counter part but yes i have an opro 3 and its a crazy ship indeed however its ability vs armor its spread is usually not to good even with 120 gunners and its ability vs armor is just horrible like all km "The Hyuga is stupidly good, but in the hands of a skillfull player, an O Pro 3 will have a party." this can be said about the hyuga too

I hope that's sarcasm. From both of you(At least on the first part). H39 was the best BB4 until Stalingrad. Have you seen how many Yamatos get used in BB1-4 matches and fleet league matches? Oh right...not many. I wonder why?
