They both cap. Go acc. US reload is fine, and when you're doing the mid bb grinds, you won't have the range, so you'll need to hit when you get an opportunity. Not to mention that it'll help with the high operating speeds of various ships (penny, slodak, etc). You can go acc-rel-acc if you'd like. I've got acc-rel-accs and acc-acc-acc and the difference is nothing anymore. Once you're at bb6 level, you'll have gone past the cap a long time ago.

tl;dr No big downsides like the acc/rel classing in uk, do whatever, you'll hit the cap anyway. Pick one for your playstyle in getting to there.

What you may want to think about is that there is a LONG way before you actually get your Nebby... and like... having acc or rld gunners will not be the same...
So go for freakin RLD/RLD/RLD and BVE your gunners (oh yea, 11/11 are fine). I got such a nice spread already, altho I am only lvl 71 with my US BB crew (oh yea, but on EU).

The reload will allways save you (I know this cause my first crew was a UK BB crew with ACC gunners... then I leveled up some RLD crew, it was not the same ships I was driving anymore obviously...) cause it will make your DPS (damage per second) grow, hell yea.

Thinking about it, the DPS also depends on your aiming skills, I like NF so much :) Basically some people with RLD gunners will just suck, even tho they can shoot more often than another one who got ACC gunners.
