  • when can be trade yellow sailors

when will a patch to trade?
I've played for over 3 years NavyField.
I think there are many players who want to change their crews, but we can not.
I think it could implement a rule-level.

for example.

can make a trade in lvl 1 to 29 with 300k of points and credits.
but over 30 with only 150k of points and credits. 
 
could put a similar rule?

Checked with the GMs and they will allow trading of yellow sailors in the Premium Trade system that are above level 90. This was intended to be added to the Premium Trade Rules window at the same time as the Neutral issue, but got missed. It should be added this week, but is available now.
