first of to aingel if ur talking about an at level not super ebve gunners then lets say for the km bb1-2 the spread averange is then by the damage of around 5-10k attack on a good salvo ( at level not super ebve gunners )

and how does the bismarck have 5-10k less damage then o-pro2 when its only 1 15" shell less.... the damage per shell of the 15s is not 5-10k at all more so around 1-3k per shell

and if ur ship can fit it use the km 40's if not ill say wich it was ingame due to not remembering the name of them now


Crazy EBVE gunners dont help after BB1 compared to BVE. acc caps quite early.

What did help is I leveled two BO so my gunners got ahead a bit.

And, o2 somewhat seems to me that it hit harder. Might be the fact I had a better spread when I started using it tough.

At any rate, both hit quite hard.

Sorry to say its you that has an issue with changing ammo. Plan ahead, you can spot AW ship just by looking at them (2 guns, <37 knot speeds)

KM might not be able to oneshot, but it easily 2 shots all ship in its class... Safe bb12 maybe.

actually as a km ss4 user too, couldnt agree more, it would be nice to have a surface ship variety

lets say if this is true how does ebve gunners level 95 of the L1 have a very random of good and complete crap spread ? they surely must have reached its cap then and also with my aa gunners i bought randomly i boosted 1 of them when they both showed they had the cap reached and it still made that boosted aa gunner shoot faster then the non boosted

and for km 2shotting everything.... ull be lucky for that to happen but yes its possible

The Ppro1 has been my AA ship of choice for a while now and I've used every possible setup I could think of. And when it's all about speed, I just strip the R slots and put 4.1" dp guns in the T slots. It can OH to 51knts (my engies are only lvl 83). Works really well.

Yes but acc cap is also level based. It rises with each level, allowinf more and more ability to be used. So a lvl 120 gunner can use more accuracy ability than a lvl 110 one.

Weither its EBVE 200 vets or +11 90 vets semi-experted and boosted won't change the spread at higher level.

The only thing that makes spread gets better past the point you reach the acc cap is leveling. You can add 100 vets if you want, it won't do crap if you have already reached the acc cap.

Know that all BB4 ( KM USN IJN and UK at least) have notoriously random spread till lvl 96 about, then it slowly gets better.
