NF Startup CTD

Starting a new thread about my issues with NF. At this point, I cant reach the logos or login screen. HS and NF update correctly, no errors there. It's just when HS reaches 100%, I get a black screen and a CTD a few seconds later, saying, "NF has encountered a problem..."
Any help on this matter?
Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Nvidia 9600GT 1GB
4GB RAM
PS. All NF related programs are clean install.

Just to verify bring up task manager and go to processes and see if Punkbuster A or B are running? Also you may have to repdate the HS files since we cant be sure if they did get updated
Updated the HS files, still no luck. Been trying a clean install several times to no avail.
Have you tried to only delete the ''Patch'' folder in HSield/Update/? Do it and then run HSUpdate.exe to replace the folder.

Update all your drivers, sound video etc etc, also MAKE SURE YOUR sound card works, and don't disable it NF wil crash:)

Update & install drivers "Not the Windows Update provided drivers"

NAVYFIELD INSTALL:
Install Navyfield
Reboot System
Play!

Hi there,
ive nearly the same issues - ive updated normaly, everything is in order... but if i Start NF just the loader Completes, the Screen gets Black (as it would like when start it) and then it switch back to Desktop with the Error "Navyfield.exe funktioniert nicht mehr" (Same as he has just in German)
System as Below:
Core i5 2500k @4,6Ghz

€dit: Now ive managed to come into the Game / Loginscreen without Problems, but the Windows says "Data File Corrupt" - the Data file from Server is much older than the installed, should i install em anyway?

Well, i have written that i did that several times before and it doesnt work... but ... lol ... after i tried it a felt 100x time it finally works... dont know why -.-

Okay, I've tried everything, and it still doesn't work. Im gonna leave the game installed and just keep trying over and over again. I will wait for a patch or new development on this issue. Thanks!

Ok something is conflicting with HS is my thought. After removing PB and closing steam you should be able to do a manual HS update After that the launcher should run and get you into game. If not go to the game folder and fine the file called Navyfield.rpt and open and past the contents here

Do research on DEP, meaning figure out how to reach it/do it(Data Execution Prevention)
-once you get to the DEP section, create an exception for navyfield.exe, navyfield launcher (exe), and enfunsupdater.exe.
The above is what I did to fix the very same problem.
