Navy Field Retail Announcement
26 01 2006 19:21
Dear Fans of Navy Field

First off, thank you all for being such great beta testers. After more than one year of
beta test period, we are finally going retail on February 3rd, 2006. We have good
news about the new Navy Field. And also, to show our appreciation

We have good news about the new Navy Field. And also, to show our appreciation, we have
prepared a large event for all N.F players. During this event period, we are giving
out bunch of cool stuff such including a PSP, iPod Nano and iRiver MP3 player. Please
read the following details concerning this event and new N.F.

1) Navy Field servers are in the US
Finally, the long wait is over. Navy Field servers have been moved to the states To
all those who have waited patiently all this time, thank you. (They will be opened by
January 31).

2) EXP gain rate increase by 50%
As we promised, we will increase the exp gain rate by 50%, so you will obtain your
favorite ship in shorter time.

3) Promotion veteran success rate increases by 30%
Many players have been suffering while trying to promote sailors to vets. Therefore,
we will increase the success rate by 30% on retail date. Also, if you still find this
unsuccessful, you will have an option to purchase 10 veterans for only $1. (You can
buy up to 100 vets per sailor)

4) Long free-to-try trial period.
If you are under level 30, then you do not have to pay to play the game. Navy Field
is free until you reach level 30. Please do NOT pay, if you are not eligible. If you do
not like the game then you can quit anytime before reaching level 30, NO
OBILIGATION.

5) Low Monthly Rate
There are two forms of Navy Field subscription services. Both services do not go into
effect until a player reaches level 30. What this means is that you are free to play
until you reach level 30. From here on out you can chose to select out of the
following two options:

Regular: A regular account will be priced at $7.99 per month and provide the player
an effective means to continue playing Navy Field. Only $21.99 for 3 month and
$41.99 for 6 month.

Premium: A premium account will be priced at $11.99 per month, and in addition to
providing further game play, players will receive an added 1,000 extra EXP, points,
and credits from each battle. Only $32.99 for 3 month and $63.99 for 6 month

In addition to the two available account choices, retail Navy Field players will have
the opportunity to purchase premium ships and sailors:

*It will be even lower if you go with 3 month or 6 month subscription pack.

6) New Game Modes Coming Soon
We are developing four new game modes, "Convoy", "Harbor Assault" and "Clan
War" and "Nation War" mode. More detail will be available as they are closer to
release.

7) Optional Game Items
We have made optional game items for a more enjoyable game experience. First, we
have made a sailor ability booster item. For $2.49, you can boost your choice of one
sailor's ability by 20%. This is not a temporary item. Once your sailor is boosted then
it stays in effect until you quit N.F. Second, we have made 2 premium ships for each
country. They are superior ships for their class, and we are sure you will love to try
them out. They are priced at $2.99 for CL class and $4.99 for CA class. Also, once
you buy them you can keep them as long as you want.

8) Payment Systems
We are accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards via
PayPal. For those who do not favor PayPal, we also have prepared a Verified by Visa
credit card payment system.

9) Navy Field Grand Opening Event Details and Instructions

* How do I take part?
You will receive a number of NF coins as you purchase the Navy Field subscription
plan or items. For example, you will receive 10 NF coins for buying a one month
subscription and 40 coins for 3 month subscriptions. With NF coins, you can
participate in the event. When you go to the event section, you will see a question
related to Navy Field. They are simple True or False statements and you can bet
your coins on correct answers. Betting more coins increases your chance to win a
prize. You will have different types of prizes and questions every day. There is no
limitation for the number of participants and you can participate as many times as
you wish.

* Simple 1-2-3 steps
1. Purchase an N.F subscription or items to get NF coins.
2. Participate in the event with NF coins and remember that more coins increases a
chance to win a prize.
3. If you win the prize, we will ship the prize at the end of the event.

A lot of players had crews to lvl 29 then switched nations to play for free.

This was way before the HQ was available so we were all stuck with a max 50 sailor limit, this is why most of us ended up with "storage" accounts.

:-)

* tweaked to update for NFEU acct transfer ...

1.) Transfers from another company's server are not server merges.

2.) You edit another's image without permission of the original author. Which is stealing of intellectual property.

1 = a mass influx transfer of seasoned players is a mass influx transfer of seasoned players
. . . worth making note - since the NFEU people now consitute a percentage of the server population

2 = have it your way norm ... . . . ( and most profound apologies to rehor  ) . . .
. . . here is a completely new redition - rather than a simple edit .. happy now ?
