I suppose a great deal of discussion got done in the Fleet Leaders Forum.  Or not, how the hell should I know?  So let's get them fixed for real, shall we?  Here are a few ideas:

 

 

 

 

The overriding priority is that it has to serve North America the best.  The change in the order comes from a lot of prior suggestions with the idea that it should go around the globe from east to west.

 

Please, debate!  If it has some potential, speak your piece and give it a recc, knowing that anything publicly put forward by me has no chance of implementation.

If the harbor limit per fleet is still 2, it could create an issue with one fleet defending 2 harbors at the same time. If that limit is back at 1, then it wouldnt be an issue. Im not sure where the limit is though, its been awhile for me.




Don't own 2 harbours in the same time frame then.

Need to have start time at 7AM PST (server time) and every 2 hours after for all HA with prep to start 1 hour before. We dont need 1 hour between HA's.

yes we do because if you hold two harbors that are back to back times then you would not be able to repair ships inbetween for it would already have started the next one

Precisely.  This is why there was a ten minute gap.  Players must be allowed to repair their ships and take a leak.

And if you're saying that fleets should stagger the harbors they are interested in, no to that as well.  We want to increase activity, not limit options within a certain timing window that works for a fleet.

In all honesty tho, i dont think overlapping HA times would be a problem. If a fleet decides to have 2 harbors and both get attacked simultaneously then they should have to defend them simultaneously.

Its simple. Dont bite off more than you can chew.

Another thing, remove the 1 hour gap....take it down to 30 mins between HAs
