**CURRENT FOR NF v1.327**

At last, I've discovered a way to fully automate the solutions I have posted previously to fix corrupt data/file issues.

This installer will solve the following problems:

- Data File has corrupted
- ITFPDITM2.SPR file has been corrupted

Download: https://rapidshare.com/files/2401427712/NF_File_Repairv1327mk2.exe

OR

https://www.megaupload.com/?d=SERJI8YU

(MD5 Hash: aeca5bb48b7055c5d1973f5b9f744850  *NF File Repairv1327mk2.exe)

***IMPORTANT***

You must manually select the correct destination folder for the installer.  For this fix to work, you MUST select your SD Enternet folder!

Example: C:\Program Files\SD EnterNET

Notice how it is NOT the NavyFIELD folder.  This is not a mistake!
***End Important***

Windows will treat this installer as an application, as such, it will show up in your Add/Remove Programs window. You may undo this repair process via this window.
The application name is: NavyField File Repair

In the event that you encounter these issues again when a patch is released, you will need to uninstall this repair (via Add/Remove Programs) then download an
updated version of this fix once I have released it.

Questions/Comments/Concerns?  Post away.

I have an issue with this automated fix. I read the instructions over and over again. I did everything correctly. But when i enter the add/remove programs the only option for the NavyField File Repair is to remove it. Am i doing something wrong? i already did this on another computer and it ran succesfuly (didn't fix the game errors though :( )

And another thing. When i ran the program that just checks the files the only file returning with an error was ITFFM.spr

Did you make sure it was installed to the SDNET folder and not the default NF folder?

I have no idea how is possible everytime i post on the forum is it me who have the answer. So what i did is I skipped the step of running the File Repairer from Add/Remove programs. Instead i installed the NF File Repairer somewhere, anywhere, and i searched for every file the File Checker gave me an error about, just copy paste on the real Navy Field folder (remember to copy paste the files in their corresponding folder inside Navy Field folder). And surprise i found them all. Thank God i had the patience to read all this thread to tell me that thumbs.db is a hidden file, because i would pretty much write a new endless post. ( having issues to find the hidden files?? check this link http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html ) So anyone who has issues check my little solution, it worked for me after 3 freaking boring days. I just need to find a proper mouse as i am now playing on my laptop.

Shame on you SDEnterNet for leaving players like Phrozen solve the problems which are YOURS to solve.

ITFFM.spr is a known sprite to vary from client to client. It doesn't seem to be an "essential" sprite that needs to be an exact copy.
