  • Ideas about an advanced HQ system

Present HQ system is not operating-friendly enough:
First of all,  we have to search sailors page by page in order to find the wanted ones.
Second,  if there are more than one sailors to be taken out, we gotta repeat doing it because we are able to drag only one sailor each time.
 
Now I'm thinking about this ADVANCED HQ system which can perfectly solve the problems listed above. 
The basic theory is: We can form sailors into different groups so that we can take them out as a unity.

Details will be displayed in the following picture.

Tip: If you want to drag a single sailor out of a group that contains more than 2 sailors, press "detail" button. The next step is just like how you're doing in the current HQ system.

Wow, what a great idea. 

I will reserve final judgment until a few issues get cleared up.  There is a couple of road blocks like having to re-write code.  I have become aware that that is quite difficult.  Also, there is adhearance to the EULA that we have to consider.  I would like clarification on these issues from someone more knowlegable than me.  As I understand it, there is a great deal of wisdom and guidance that we all can glean from the community elders.  I would like their input on the subject as far as the workabilty of the concept.  I will go along with whatever they recommend.

I love this idea im totally rec. but this might sound dumb but can we add a search bar into the top right to type the name of the crew we want and when we hit "search" it'll bring up that crew/ship right to the top. If not nvm with my add-on xD.

What this is doing is making it so you can group crews together and then pull them all out at the same time and being able to scroll up and down to look for certain crews, rather than going to page 4 getting 3 sailors then jumping to page 8 getting another 6 etc.

Off topic, but you tend to ignore all other counter-arguments to your ideas. Gotta be prepared to counter the counter-arguments if you want any credibility or for anyone to take you seriously and not look at you as a troll.

Also who says you get final judgement? Thats reserved for the entire playbase as a whole, not just you.

There is nothing involving the EULA here, I've read it so many hundreds of times now I nearly have it memorized.

Changes to the HQ system are not in conflict with any part of the EULA. Just using the EULA to sound smart does nothing, mentioning the EULA to state any ship entering a certain game mode that is within the rules of the EULA is the purpose of a game mode is a valid use of mentioning the EULA. Confirming that there is a limit imposed by the EULA on what you are mentioning is the only time mentioning of the EULA can be valid in an aurgument.

 

Back on topic...
This is a great suggestion, other than the grouping function would take a little while bit to code, overall would be medium to easy difficulty to do.
