Yeah none of that works 4 me.
I reinstalled.
I did that cut and copy thing.
I tried installing older nf versions and let the launcher do his work.
And correct me if im wrong thers still no offical replay concerning that problem -
and i did wait 5 hours by now.
Yes by now i am annoyed.

Thanks SDE... you allways are a good example of how things should *not* be done....

Uninstall NF. delete sde directory. use CC cleaner (to remove registry). reboot. then re install nf. manual patch. then your good to go.

it seem some have no problem, but other got problem. i use idm to download. and did all sugested. including download and re-installed whole client. try download couple time still not work. it seem maybe the server causing this, not the file patch it self. server can't handle request?

Finally, i get it. Thats what i did, maybe its useful for someone:

- uninstall NF
- delete all files and folders of NF (uninstall didnt delete all files). This part is significant (ty Spoonek9)
- install NF
- launch game, (its upgrade 14 files or so)
- and it works

Its only takes me several hours reading forums, trying all .... but finally it works

I hope we dont have to handled this kind of upgrades more times,
I dont have pacient for more *%^/#"* like this
