Ship Ship Components Nation Battle Community How to Control

In order to create a sailor you can click the "new" button under the sailor wating list. Once the new sailor window pops up you will be able to see the statistics for that sailor. If you are not satisfied with the initial statistics you can click the “Roll Dice” button to randomly create new statistics. You can click this button as many times as you please provided you have enough points. Once you have rolled a sailor that satisfies you simply type in a sailor name and press the “OK” button to create your sailor!
The placement of a sailor on your ship is crucial to maximize the efficiency of the sailor. Below is a list of where each type of sailor is normally placed on your ship.

 - Bridge Operator  : Placed on the bridge of your ship

 - Gunners  : Placed on the “R” or “T” slots of your ships.

 - Support Sailors (Repairs, Engineers, Restorers)  : Placed on the “support” slots.
: Engineers only work on the “support” slots. : Repairs and restorers are still effective when placed on the ship itself.
 - Aircraft  : Placed on the “support” slots
: Will not be effective if placed on the ship itself

 - Seaman  : Placed in the “support” slots : Work on both support and T slots on a CV
 - Medic  : Only works if placed in a “support” slot
: Ineffective if placed on the ship itself.
 - Sonar  : Only effective on “support” slots

 - Planes man  : Only effective on “support” slots
There are three types of “crew members” in Navy Field. Each of these types of crew members increases the effectiveness of a sailor. The three types include; Rookies, Experts, and Veterans. The most basic way to explain what each one does is simply that the fact that if your sailor has more experts and veterans it will perform its duty more effectively than a sailor that has only Rookies on it.
