a decent way to get decent gunners is to TW them a bit, about every 2 levels put them in a
gun ship, let them get some experts and carry on

You can power lvl until Gunner lvl (24 or something). Later grind, grind.... you know
way.

power-leveled gunners = crap..

ESPECIALLY in the IJN gunships...

are you asking if you put aramanet sailors with good base gun stats on? and keep
them arament sailors till like lvl 50 then make them gunners?

You would loose about 6 ability points per lvl so were they may be 1200 ability yours
will be more like 850-900..... not so good... or at least not so good if you are trying
to play well in CL+

Just except the fact that you have to make 2BO to get anywhere with jap unless you go Gun
line from start.

And no they won't be the same they will suck.. IF you want to get some where in this game
you have to work for it.

Hmm but if you convert them to gunners they won't get xp from torps anymore.

as long as you convert them on time...but you will do a lot of MWing to get them
decent.......i.e. vets/experts to help with spread.....
