Once you hit Kuma-Kai level the skill of your torpers isn't horribly important. Reload is
more than fast enough to unload 6 to 10 launchers -- you just don't get viable targets
fast enough to require a faster reload.

As far as vet gain goes, mine seem to gain vets at a rate as fast as or even faster than
other sailors on the ship.

lol from just doing normal battles iv got over 250 experts on lvl45 heavy torpers.

ALWAYS KEEP YOUR TORPERS ON FULL RECRUITS... Speed on TW is meh my fubuki went 38knots but
it didn't matter i let my torps do the running.

Gaining expets with tw ships, i.e. no guns is alot harder than on gunners. If you are
using guns it shouldnt be much difference. But just torping people will not gain experts
very well, thats why power leveled sailors always need work to fill their ability bar.

i think you need to fight in battles. when i fight is mission lvl 1, trop does not
damage the ships. I think that's a reason you get no trop expert in playing mission.
