I have lvl 12 crew, all MN nation. In shipyard Toulon I select 'new' in order to get the Jaguar, lvl 12 destroyer. Then i get the message 'This option is currently unavailable'. Can I solve this?

Do you have a BO of MN nation which has selected the Jaguar as the current ship?
