Howdy all,

I have a Nevada right now, and my BO is ready to move onto its next ship. Should I pick
the Pennsylvania or Tennessee? I've searched around the forums and have mostly come across
pre-ONF threads.

Thanks for your input.

I made the same post a couple weeks ago and found that for Penny:
A)speed, at level engys with a good number of vets will let you do around 60s OH and
42-43 Knots OH.
B)smaller gun space then Tenn and cannot arm the 16s
C)more user friendly to at level players

Tenn.:
A)more defensive abilities then others,
B)can fit the 16s quite snug and the remod allows you the triple 16s
C)first timers are discouraged as it is harder to master then the Tenn

No, the Penn cannot mount the 16" mk2L dual guns with any ammo. It uses the 14"
mk7L triples with 4 binds of ammo instead.

The TN(45) is the best ship for Dual 16" ex: 16"L . . . 2 binds of LHE and 1 of AP

so the Pennsylvania cannot mount the dual 16"s? or can they?

If so, would the penn or tenn be better for 16"s?

They do roughly the same amount of damage per salvo, but they also have their advantages
and disadvantages; the 14" Mk 7's are better rushing guns, and the 16" Mk 2's have better
spread but longer hang time.

still one thing is bothering me, does the 16" duals or 14"mk7 on the remodels do
more damage?

i thought i already made a post about this issue penn or tenn

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to rush the penny is better with the 30
degree 14" guns. If you are a more patient player then the 16" duals with their 40 degree
angle are better. Also, with the same gunners, the 16" will allways have a better spread.

For that, you'd need to go here for more information:

Read the Engine section and see for yourself.

So if I were to put on 3 lvl 66 (+12) engineers and a 102 (+11) engy would it be better
speed wise for me to get the Tenn over the Penn?
