i have some guide for you, star:
-don't make a guide if you haven't played (or already played it but not until the end) the nation that you currently building its guide at (example, ff-to-cv-guide made by some person, but that 'person' haven't use (or play) the ship until the last CV).
-don't call yourself the experienced players if you ONLY play uk ships up to DD classes, if someone says you noob, that is what you deserve for making UK ship guide with LESS or NOTHING AT ALL experience in UK ships.
-don't class your sailors at level 15 and suggest to everyone else to do teh SAME (this is already suggested), if you do it by yourself without telling to newbies to do it than thats no problem.
-don't ever think that you want to help newbies (or anyone who not-accidentally read this) to become better players IF yourself CANNOT take someone else opinion or suggestion or even critic about your guide, you still keep on fight their opinions (which can help yourself to fix your 'broken' guide).
-don't ever make any guides again if yourself cannot appreciate someone else guide that are more precise, more accurate, and more better than yours, you should read those guides first and then translate it to newbie's guide, that way is much better.
oh and this is a constructive criticism, believe it or not.
