Rep cap on every ship is the same, its OH that each ship has a different base constant.

Hmmm, can't remember who said that rep cap was different for different ships. I could
be wrong, as I've not done my own testing.

Check the Stickies..... 4 Engys 4 Reps or 5 engys 3 reps.

So If assume all the support sailors got 110 vet and full experts.

What is the best set up for Amagi, although this will be a long way to achieve, lol.

The repair cap is the same for all ships, its just easier to reach it for some nations
(UK) due to national advantages and sailor classes.

From what I've heard, there are different repair caps for each ship. I'd see if you can
get someone to calculate the rep cap for IJN ships before deciding on the amount if vets
you need.

As far as the amount of vets go, I've seen elite rep gunners with 280 vets...

i think seaman is just useful on cvs =)
