ADVANTAGES: +1) Small size = smaller target. Most MN (in general) are tiny, which is a good thing. +1) No remods! LOL You should not be in a DD very long and if you are, you wouldn't want to waste credits on remodeling a DD. You won't get those remod creds back when you sell ANY ship... FYI.
DISADVANTAGES: -1) Low ammo space. Less then most other ships in all nations for, at level weapons.
ANTI-SUBMARINE WARFARE: Every DD is a valid and capable ASW ship. You can easily use AA in your R slots and DC's in the T slots, or HHs in R slots and Torps in the T's or any other combination to be a multitasking monster in GBs, preforming AA AND ASW or Anti-ship and Anti-sub roles...
All the MN DDs were very enjoyable for me. * L'ADROIT - A tiny ship that is often overlooked in Blitzkriegs and even GBs. It is wickedly fun in Blitz, kiting along with the pack. You will find your often left for last and can rack-up alot of enemy kills and a high attack. In GBs, its great for zig- zagging infront of you BB line, Working ASW magic. Although, admitedly, this will not work well for newcomers.
* MOGADOR - IMO, best DD in game. Most will concede that is one of the TOP DDs in game, at the very least. And you greatly understate how important it is to SKIP THE PLUTON! STAY IN THE MOGADOR and SAVE YOUR CREDITS.
Otherwise, I think this is solid info. I cannot remember the gun details, so I hope you did your homework correctly, I am not going to even try to verify it. :p
Short and simple. Good post.
