I looked around the forums here for quite a while and was unable to find any
definitive reference to the golden angle for the premium 3.5" single AD AA guns. So
I figured it out from other sources and my own successful AA endeavors.

It's 32 degrees.

These work nicely on the back 5 T slots and have (conveniently) the same reload
and flight path as the 5"/61 KM 40 (lvl 42) guns which fit on the front 2 T slots
making for a fine combined fit.

The strange title for this thread is to hopefully help others find this information via
the search function.

This qoute from Brooks in my opinion is the correct set up for the Andrea Doria for AA
defense. I use it with a little bulk and deck and about 50 buldge. I am fast enough
to hang with the other bb;s and can OH at 32 knots. You can pick off scouts and
knock down bombers pretty effectively with this set up. I hate being out there in GB
unable to defend yourself from CV'S. Try it I think you will agree. Of course you need
two at level Ack gunners for your ride.

I searched for it several times Blizzard but couldn't find it. I finally got the info from a
fleet mate then was ablt to test it out and once verified put it up here. So I have
little doubt that others may have listed it here first. I just want this one to be easier
for people to find.

Anyway, yes 32 is the technical golden angle, but some prefer 33.

I found 33 to be useful too, through using the KM40s at 33. I find the range of the
premium to be amazing...like almost SY style range. it makes using the AD fun, since
you can ninja people...and the range of the main guns isnt ungodly anymore.
