Only real reason I picked Fuso over Ise was the increased scout space. Though fuso
is also a bit nicer to slingshot with since the turrets are evenly divided between front
and rear.

Ise with a carrier deck would win, but if they're both BBs, I'd say the fuso has a slight
upper hand.

Both ships are almost the same...the gun displacement of Fuso may be better for rushing,
and ise for running, but the difference is neglectable...so neglectable that i choosen ise
because it looks better
My opinion of course...but if you take that neglectable difference, than maybe ise would win,
since running>rushing...and maybe fuso is better for gb2...but again, no actual difference
