These rules apply to all servers.

As alot of people lately have been asking what can and cant be traded I have
decided to create this list.

SAILORS THAT CANNOT BE TRADED
===========================
0. Original New Account standard sailors (ones with Yellow sailor names)
1. Bridge officers
2. Radiomen
3. Neutrals
4. Unclassed National (i.e. anyone who can become a Bridge officer)
5.Trading in-game items(of ANY sort including game credits) for premium items(of ANY
sort), is not allowed. If we see any sort of public trading(i.e. trade room, forum post
etc) of these items we are to ask the player(s) to cease the transaction. As long as
it is NOT a public trade we will not aggressively pursue violators. In other words, if
we don't see it, we don't care. But for those we do see we will take action...
6. ACCOUNTS MAY NOT BE SOLD/BOUGHT FOR REAL MONEY. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT
DOING THIS, EXPECT A BAN.
7.Trading Accounts: While the act of account trading is not explicitly forbidden, the
public advertising thereof is. Thus, do not make posts here that involve account trading.
8. EBB can not be traded


OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR TRADING

8. Ships with people on them won't appear in the trade list (remove them before
hand)
9. If you are level 30 and under you need 150k credits and points before and after the trade.
If you are level 31 and above you need 50k credits and points before and after the
trade (note actually this means you need 50001 not 50000 when you start the trade
but you can end with 50000)
10. You can only trade in area 13 trade rooms.
11. If you have a total of 50 sailors with you, then you can't buy any new sailors or even
look at the sailors that are being sold. (You will receive a message about that)

In regards to rule #9...

Is Armour subject to the depreciation, or just things like guns, engines, fcs...

Here is the Rule 9:

9. Items (Ship, FCS, Engine) resale prices will decreased.
(Not included on hull)
- Neutral Ships: Returning 98% of credit.
- National DD class: Returning 90% of credit.
- CL class: Returning 70% of credit.
- CA/PS class: Returning 50% of credit.
- BC/BB/CV class: Returning 25% of credit.

The range for nuetral tradeablity is 6-11. The reason you can trade nuetrals 12 or
higher is because the could be turned into BOs.

Can NF team explain this sentence a little bit? is this sentence meant that neutral
sailors are ONLY allow to trade between LVL 7-11? If you can, i suggest the limition
to set at lvl 26. Players can get a good DD at lvl 26. Then they can work from there.
LvL 11 is much too tough. i hope you can understand that.

Request for ppl selling Sailors... pls top of the recruits. It's like when you buy a car and they fill the tank
for you. They don't have too, it's a courtesy. I would expect the same for buying Sailors. It only takes a
second, and it only cost points which ppl can hardly find enough uses for as is.
