in blitz you should always use light shells but in blitz heavy wins (blitz acc sucks and
evrything includes rushing dds at each other so the rld and hitting stragnt his
important here

No seriously, this must be the most basic, silly "tip & tactic" ever to make an appearance
on this forum - apart from your idea in the IJN forum to "boost" three to four restorers
for "hardening" your ship.

You are not sharing anything of your "personal tactics" here, you are just bagging 2 x 10
points, that's all.
