Ive had bugs with mines, they seem to be used up a lot faster than i think i could use them. When i started useing them i had 8 or around 12,000. Then a couple months later they were all gone, so i bought 10,000 more, won a thousand this event, and i beleave im curently under 4,000 mines left.
I just dont see how i could have used almost 20,000 in less than a year. I have a 40 hour a week job, so i only play 2-4 hours a day, and at least half that time im playing my BB. I dont know gues ill be buying more :( wish people could sell me thiers :)

Somewhere around 12 k on 1 account, a few k on others ( never used them).
I'm much more worried about my smokes amount going up, they're dopped/given too much again imo.
NF looks like a Smokers Anonymous convention at times.

You can buy them from others, just have to trade a ship w/ mines on it. If you use a DD1 you can trade ~200 at once, idk about w/ kita.

According to a fleetmate of mine, mines sink with the ship.

No, you lose them on aircraft. So if you have them on scouts, every time you lose a scout you lose a mine.
A good way to confirm this is by turning off auto resupply and playing a battle with a mine whored kita.

Thanks for clarifying. Since I don't play around with my 3000ish mines I have no means to prove anything.
