Team killing should be screened and reported.  Playing properly difficult to say.  There's a lot of players out there with thousands of games played that could be accused of that.

I'm not sure about your definition of running.  People always say I'm running away yet I'm still hitting and sinking their ships.   I've often found players who get ranged by other ships calling their oponent runners.  Also you don't lose for no reason.  When time runs out the game is based on your team attack.

The reason you lost is the other team had more Team attack... and if you submit tickets i would be more than happy to look in to your complaints. But without tickets we can not track problems, or resolve them. As for banning, we do not ban people just because someone complains that they said something. we need further proof to justify banning someone.
