i aready sent more than 5 tickets and its been more than 12 hours and yet no reply hmm so i ask agian why do we have a support that doesnt do thier own job?

one question isnt it intant transaction when i buy it? 

if it is its been too long for "instant" and i been waiting for too long aready i paid for it and i dont even get anything so tell me doesnt that sound like fraud and false advertisment? both a felony by the way.

Obviously it's a techinical error.  Hundreds, no thousands of players have been doing transactions with this company for years.  So to think they all of a sudden decided to steal money from you is a stretch.

Check your support tickets directly to see if they have been read/answered.

Also it is the weekend and they could be backed up.   All transactions go through immediately so I'm assuming there was some sort of error.  You said the info is logged so as soon as someone who has the power and ability to fix things, they will.

There is no reason to make multiple threads about the same thing since we can't fix it for you and the people who can won't be reading them before they read your support tickets.

Azmienboi, 

   It is the weekend and the GMs don't usually work on the weekends. Please be patient and wait for their reply during the business week. Do remember that Korea is a day ahead and it is currently the weekends over there.
