Obviously it's a techinical error. Hundreds, no thousands of players have been doing transactions with this company for years. So to think they all of a sudden decided to steal money from you is a stretch.
Check your support tickets directly to see if they have been read/answered.
Also it is the weekend and they could be backed up. All transactions go through immediately so I'm assuming there was some sort of error. You said the info is logged so as soon as someone who has the power and ability to fix things, they will.
There is no reason to make multiple threads about the same thing since we can't fix it for you and the people who can won't be reading them before they read your support tickets.
