Creating new ship sprites takes a very long time. And my guess is that they do not sell nearly as well as they used to. It takes people a matter of days to get into a BB nowadays.

Okay I understand but the PCL are good for levear sailors, and when one begins just a nations the PCL are the best to assemble a good crew

I don't much like the PCA are expensive and only serve as AA the PCL are more fun are guys with good gunboats very funny, the only bad thing have is that they are slow

Most PCAs have very good main guns...and they are all leveling machines.

These two nations have powerful CLs and really don't need PCLs anyway.

Never a CL can compare with a PCL from space for sailors, the tonnage of the space, as the range of her guns and the experience adds to the sailors who are on board, I with a Bayern or a Tiger if I'm close I can sink to a BB or doing more than 40 K of damage that any common cl can do

A PCL not only gives you more space, also allows you to upload gunners with a lvl more high which improves your combat power.
