It's easy to solve this problem When teams enter the game room,they must confirm the ships to you first,and no change is allowed. Like double blind.

What is the referee ID to create our game.
Can I replace  two ID of my team?

I am not sure of the moment which referee will be creating your game.

Since your team has not battled yet, I will allow you to swap out some of your team members. HOWEVER, once you have battled for the first time, I will not change it anymore, your team roster will be permanent after the first round.

This goes for any other team out there. If you have not battled yet and are having issues contacting a player, I will change your roster upon request. 

I will state this though, I will not approve of any roster changes the day before the battle or the day of the battle., so if you need to switch someone out due to an emergency or due to issues, please let me know ASAP. 

The main reason I am making this exception is multiple teams have contacted me about this and one team has been unable to contact their team captain.

Hope next time we will have an opportunity to have some normal battles.

RA1 withdrawed from the tournament since we were not able to play in these environment/circumstances/conditions.

RA fleet is always interested in matches with variaty of strategies, which this game brings to us. Pity that we cannot play them due to formal reasons.


Short recap of "match" between "The_Legendz vs RA1":
1. The notice about requirements for the roster change was made on Thusday 13:10 (just a remark: it happened on a working day, so it takes some time to get to the rule and read them).
The_Legendz vs RA1 battle was planned on Saturday 12:00, i.e. less than in 2 days after "rules update".
2. The requirement states to provide info on 2+ players chages in the team at least 2 days in advance. So it was not possible to update referees in advance in the way rules stated.
3. Sorry for my fault and unability to read this thread 24/7 everyday. I agree, it was my fault, as well as my inability to find 6 players, which all could always play at the same time. Unfortunately, one of players needed to leave for at least this and next weekend, nevertheless, I fully support him: the real life and work are more important than the game. Pity he could not predict this 1 month ago, when he has subscribed to the event, which should be at unknown dates and unknown time.
4. RA1 has trained a certain configuration for a few weeks, i.e. 5BB+IseCV with fighters.
5. RA1 has notified in 1h prior battle about the need to substitute one player (since there were no details on how the changes should be handled before), so I clearly stated we need to do change: obelics->frantic. Nothing was replied about denial of this change.
6. Our strategy was to use Ise-CV as BB3 with fighters, so Ise was the key element and all other 4BB2 and 1BB3 were tuned for this particular reason: no range advantage, but heavy dps to handle enemy advantage and possibility of rush.
7. At match time we have waited a bit for The_Legendz to get them ready and we were said to remove undeclared substitute frantic901 (Ise-CV player), i.e. to play 6x5 with numerical advantage of The_Legendz.
8. The clarification that it was stated previously about the necessity of change didn't work.
9. Despite it is already not so equal fight to play 5x6, RA1 has agreed it could be still viable and challenging if we may have 2BB3 (which we had in the room, but one of them was required to leave the room).
RA1 has suggested to swap Ise-CV player from frantic901 (he was required to leave) to andreyeff or l_bon (which were in the room using BB2), i.e. to keep the 2BB3 in our team as well as our core strategy.
Unfortunately, this was refused as well.
10. So RA1 sees no sense in playing such battle due to:
a) we were required to play 5x6
b) we were required to play 1BB3 vs 2BB3
c) we were required to play with medium-ranged ships vs long-ranged ships in tournament, where the damage is one of the key factors to define the winner.
