I propose that each CV player carries at least 2 fighter pilots as requirement to enter the battle rooms... We're sick and tired of blind CVs.

As someone pointed out i also think this a exp issue more than a requirement issue.
Give CVs 2x exp for winning and 0 exp for loosing and you will see how things work better.
Maybe a bit exagerated, but i guess you know what i'm talking about.

Something similar was in place on EU server - no BB could enter a room without a scout ( forget about CA and CL, their slots are too few anyway). Using it is another story, can't force that. But if anyone is dumb enough to waste a slot for recon pilot and not use it, they're obviously way beyond any help.
More exp for using FP and less for bombers is a must. Problem is if you have to point the obvious to someone, there's no use trying at all ;)

I also propose that all BB must be equiped with AA gunners on their T slots and SS players must only have gunners on their deck gun, seems fair to me.
ps. the will of a player alone decides how he/she would play a ship, you are in no position to change that, if a guy wants to play an IJN BB2 with 5 engis, that is his choice.

Increasing fp cv's exp will improve the situation. FP cvs are difficult in current situation, share team exp, no fps to fight with. The general exp is much lower than using db cv. When I was leveling my cv, i would like to drive e/pbb or use db. Individuals will only consider to level quickly.
To be honest, NFNA causes this situation by giving fighters low exp....

Heres a better proposition,
Have everyone who leaves their planes at default altitude learn how to change the altitude of their planes instead of sending it off to die from AA fire immediately when it gets to the enemy side.

The reason for the SDE have removed the 9 pilot was precisely because the "community" a group that I won't mention complained that the cv with 9 fighter were very dominators.
The truth is that most people are never happy with anything, it seems that complaining is easier than learning to play.
