The problems about KM BB are weak shell damage, extremely bad spread, slow turning and giant size.
Usually only 1 or 2 shells will hit enemy ship per salvo if the two ships are not parallel.
Based on my observation, in most occasions the H-series (H39, 41 44) will sink before giving effective damage to a rushing enemy BB (and partly due to the relatively long hang time)
It's not about aiming skills. I can successfully land more than 1/2 shells per salvo with SN, US and UK BB4-5 during counter rushing (at least on test server), but it's really hard to do so with H-series. Their guns are just hard to aim.
It may help if the H-39 gun angle is reduced to 30 degrees (and H-44 gun to 34 degrees) while keeping the same range and tighten its spread, which makes it slightly easier for counter-rushing. Currently it's quite hard for H-series guns to aim at any fast-moving ships (due to bad spread and hang time).
Also please bear in mind that H39 and H44 guns don't reload noticeably faster than other nation's guns (except UK)
