I can't wait to play again soon, finally the community can have "fresh eyes" on possibly a company that cares about their players. NEVER TNF THOUGH, all tnf should be purged! There is no need to give voluntary players those levels of authority! Lets hope Karma is better than Vick, who was by far the most bias player and mod i've ever seen!

In a perfect world, with the perfect person, sure. But this isn't a perfect world, and there is no such person. Its just got too much potential for abuse.
Let the GM's deal with the bannings. Allow TNF to have temporary bans in timezones where the GM's aren't on, and they are to only be used as a last resort (not, say, kicking the enemy CV just to get a win like one of the purged mods was caught doing).
Get TNF to work for the community. Providing fleet events, events ingame, helping with testing, running forum competitions (say for more guides), helping with tech support, helping new players. Being positive, rather than ignoring the community. Get rid of the "mod benefits" (exp, items). Get people in there that want to help rather than those that want to ban others and those that want free items/exp.
And not a moment too late - WoWS is heating up and I can see SDE's grip on the NTSG market being threatened. It's time for TNF to step up their community efforts or have NF continually lose players to a bad support team.

Im on right now, Ill play a few games though most of my stuff is missing. I only got a bunch of event ships and some sailors I had in the HQ.

Lj, mods removed were not more corrupted than TNF mods with jedi affiliation in the past, just sayin'
Well, its easy to curse, whine and complain, but you didnt seem to apply to TNF to try to change something yourself :)

But clearly, given your hatred of Jedifleet, just shows why you were kicked from the mod team. That and you going and farming Blitz with your mod crew that stays at level 60. I've done more for the game outside of TNF than you ever did in your years in TNF.

With vick and the rest of the useless Mods gone now we should focus on the future.
There are some good Mods that were retained and with the return of alex and hopefully more additions who focus on the community, we should support their efforts to bring non-biased moderation to the game.
I want to remind everyone that when Alex was a Mod he set up a TS for everyone to use. If you had questions there was a Mod there to answer it or you could also just "hang out" there, something that Vick did not support...you have to ask Why?
Why did some members of TNF embrace the idea of "open communication" and other reject it. It isn't hard to understand why. There is a core of Mods now that have the opportunity to move TNF in a direction away from the "old way" of doing things and into a "new way" of handling issues within the game...let's hope they take the lessons of how "things used to be" and move far away from it...I have confidence they can do it but we have to support them in their efforts.

A "purge" on TNF implies that there was a TNF to purge. A TNF that I almost didn't feel its presence at all, perhaps for the better.
Corrupt or not, good riddance. Perhaps we can look forward to a brighter future then.
