received 2nd Neutral sailor on the 7th.    If a limit for lvl 90 neuts is present, it hasn't been hit yet.

I would speculate since the olives are going away, the 100 olive award might not be working.

And, since there is an "inflation" warning about medals, I speculate these are no longer being awarded.

Again, this is pure speculation, no evidence either way about olives or medals.
