Gneis vs AD 1vs1 there is no way the AD can win unless the gneis 43 driver is a total retard.

The AD simply cannot come in range. It can dodge all it wants, but eventually it will sink.

In GB2 however, I believe AD will outperform the Gneis.

It simply is better at engaging BB45 than the gneis, that lack the firepower and is more
vulnereble to their salvo than the AD is.

You wont see a gneis take a L2 salvo and smile like an AD does.


So overall? they are two totally different ship, since AD doesnt even fit in the KM line
playstyle wise anyway. :P

the real question is more about personal preference and your own play style. if you like
manuvering and dodging the AD may be a better ship for you, if you like playing the easy
range game then the G43 maybe the way to go for you, if you like playing the regular
gneis then you will most likely like the G43. i dont think you can take the pros and cons
because they are not both PBBs, your trying to compare apples to oranges. finding your
own personal play style will help you the most in finding the right ship for you to play

Gnei is much better since it is faster and have better range and hit power/shells- those
two abilities r the decisive...
The sad thing is that it is hard to get EBB gneis, try to get one on the sink the beast event.

i prefer andrea.. i just stop using andrea when reach bismark.. bimark have more range
and fire power.. but andrea seems strongest.. he can take more shoot without lose
much dp.. bismark lose dp since 1st shoot..

With the added speed/gunspace it has tipped the balance more towards the gnei, i
would say
they are pretty much on par. AD seems to have a slight edge in spread over the gnei.

2) 1X extra support slot

After the patch it also has:

1) 50+kts speed
2) Bismark range
3) .75 Bismark damage.

All things considered, the Gneisenau '43 came out on top in the EBB derby. As tough as an
AD with high level crew can be, I don't see how the G43 could be viewed as inferior-you've
got so much speed and range (over the AD) that you could easily dance with him all day and
never get touched.

It may have been close before, but now there is no question.

Whats the general consensus now that the EBB has increased gun space and can use Bissy
Guns? I'm not even sure of all the different setups possible for it because my gunners
are only lvl 76 atm. What further gun setups do I have available to me on the EBB.

Right now, with at level crew, I seem to do better with the slower, shorter ranged AD due
to the fact that it actually does damage, versus the lvl 71 14.96s I try on the EBB. 6
shells versus 10 shells is a big difference when you shotgun spread. Also, other bbs seem
to overlook me in an AD where they go for me in my EBB. Example just now, L2 ignored me
and went for H44 much further behind me and let me get 15k off on him and he didn't do any
damage to the H44, where as, I'd be dropped first in my EBB.

Is there any light at the end of the tunnel for my EBB? Are bissy guns on EBB a win over
the AD or is it more of just run AD until O2, or just run AD until H39?
